Simulator of effective cooperation IGEOS – working with effective team cooperation. IGEOS offers several types of intervention, which help teams to reform to real effective support of company success. Thanks to the close cooperation of Koučink Centrum and IGEOS, we would like to invite you for a three day training with the main intention to provide space for thinking about the key barriers of effective cooperation of any working group.

Participants will go through a series of simulated team tasks, which are prepared in a way to offer a mirror to the best and to the worst in their current team behauvior and attitude. The highest standards of team performance are given in trusting and safe environment and the participants can see with their own eyes their patterns of non-productive behauvior, they can review the new behauvior and make neccessary changes in their own thinking. We are convinced that the most of these barriers come from our own personal opinions, stands and from confrontation of different interests. The whole course has a specific form of chain of situations, which are solved by the participants as a one team.

Based on you registration, we will send you an invoice. If you cancel 1 month before training, we will charge you a fee of 50% out of the total price, if you cancel 1 week before the training, we will charge you a fee of 100% of the total fee.
